Steven Tyler

My son is a huge Steven Tyler fan, so I painted a portrait of this very colorful rock star for him!

Moby

Playing with soft pastel, I painted our sweet 220 pound English Mastiff,  Moby.

Checkered

Trying a new technique of painting in patterns of dashes and lines, I created another portrait of my daughter entitled "Checkered."  This piece was displayed in the January 2014 faculty/student art show at the Art Center of Highland Park.

Color My World

Experimenting with color and shading, I created "Color My World," a portrait of my daughter in her colorful beauty.  (note:  the original does not have all those smudge marks ... the artwork got smeared during scanning and then was corrected, afterwards.)
